Order Cut-Off Time

 

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

 


 

 

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

 


 

 

Transit Time

Expect a transit time of 6-10 business days, Monday to Friday.

Note: We carry and sell multiple brands and each brand/supplier will have their own transit times. Orders from Indesignart USA should arrive within 6 business days.

Shipping Time

Our shipping time is generally 9-13 business days for the United States, Monday to Friday.

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:

  • Order type and size (home decor has longer shipping times)

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday seasons

  • Errors by the shipping company

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

 


 

 

Taxes and Duties

Purchases made through our site do not include customs taxes or import duties that might be levied by your country. Settling these fees is the customer's obligation. For details regarding potential charges, please consult your local customs agency.

Note: novalucee is not responsible for any hold-ups during customs clearance in the destination country. Customs authorities manage package releases, and we have no authority over their processing timelines.

 


 

 

Order Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your order after payment, please reach out to us at info@novalucee.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellations, as our automated warehouse system processes orders very quickly. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process instead.
