DMCA & IP Policy

novalucee respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with applicable copyright and trademark laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation in the United Kingdom and Australia.

novalucee operates as an independent online retailer. All products sold on our website are sourced exclusively through the Shopify Collective program — a curated supplier network through which we have been formally approved. Through this program, we partner with pre-vetted, established U.S.-based wall art brands, including Indesignart USA and Tailored Canvases. We do not manufacture or design the products sold on this website unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and third-party content displayed on our website are the property of their respective owners. Any references to such materials are used for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship beyond our participation in the Shopify Collective program, unless explicitly stated.
